Why
The README says what the harness does in prose; the demo video shows it running. A first-time visitor should meet it before the install steps.
What changed
README.md: a clickable thumbnail of the demo video plus a one-line caption, placed after the opening pitch and before Install. GitHub strips iframes, so a thumbnail link is the only embed that renders.Verification
