docs(sensei): DefectDojo Cloud instances can bring their own AI model - #16642

Describe the enterprise option to run Sensei on a Cloud instance's own model provider account through AI Model Settings, how it differs from on-premise (keys required, public base URL only, no fallback to DefectDojo's model), and point readers to hello@defectdojo.com to request it. Description
DefectDojo Cloud instances can now run Sensei on their own AI model provider account, as an enterprise option that DefectDojo turns on per instance. These docs say so and give readers a way to request it.
sensei/ai_model_settings.md): the "On-premise only" note becomes "Where this page appears". A new section, "Bring your own model on DefectDojo Cloud", says how to request the option (hello@defectdojo.com) and how Cloud differs from on-premise:get_started/about/faq.md): the deployment note and the Sensei answer mention the Cloud option.get_started/about/defectdojo_versions.md): one sentence pointing Cloud customers to the option.navigation/PRO__sidebar.md): AI Model Settings also appears on a Cloud instance that brings its own model.This pairs with the DefectDojo Pro change that adds the option and should merge with it, since docs publish on merge.

Docs only. The English pages are updated; the translated FAQ and editions pages already lag the English ones and are left for the translation pass.
