Update the native runtime's exact MALT Core module dependency from v0.0.10-rc.3 to the published v0.0.10-rc.4 release and its verified checksums. No runtime behavior or package namespace is changed.
Validation: non-root Linux full go test ./..., go vet ./..., and go build -buildvcs=false ./... with standard umask; Windows vet/build; git diff --check; a fresh independent review found no actionable issues. Windows full tests still include filesystem/permission/path failures reproduced at the unchanged rc.3 baseline.
The module remains github.com/dewebprotocol/malt-client and the runtime release-tag block is preserved.
