Verification consolidation preserves the accepted Phase 3 product while replacing historical verification machinery with current direct controls. This PR implements the owner-approved plan. VC-06 technical verification and explicit project-owner acceptance are complete.

The frozen, directly tested candidate is ce05c5dda9368182dbee074253d3a7c829af7719, tree f6fbb8965520f33a09ca38cf413e11ca561110dd, against accepted base 2413a29b839b7e1de8f76a449762f031de19d52b. No repository file or commit changed during VC-06. This PR description is the external VC-06 supplement permitted by plan section 7; the repository completion document and README retain their VC-05 checkpoint wording.

Changes covered by this PR:

• Materialize the six former historical loaders as direct current tests.
• Retire mapped inverse-patch reconstruction, old-method fidelity chains, pre-anchor stage replay and historical identity floors.
• Check actual checkout, every post-anchor commit, frozen bytes and exact authorized paths; preserve semantic/security mutation controls.
• Reconcile all five test directories, exact JUnit identities and observed subtests; retain pinned tools, finite budgets, failure evidence and package/installed witnesses.

Run 38128491330, attempt 1 succeeded on all four profiles of the exact candidate. Original artifact ZIP digests/sizes, all 216 uploaded members, GitHub run/job metadata and raw decoded job logs were independently cross-checked. Every canonical job step succeeded.

Each profile has zero failures, errors or skipped tests. The 3,724 unique collected identities reconcile with JUnit, whose aggregate is 4,155 including 431 subtest events. Collection accounting is 3,963 original - 424 mapped retirements + 185 current controls = 3,724, across 73 files. All 118 former-wrapper identities and 3,413 original identities outside the one-time map remain present.

Independent scope review checked all five post-anchor commits and every parent edge. The 20 changed paths remain within the literal approved scope; 191 inherited paths outside it remain unchanged. All 48 product modules, frozen specifications/fixtures/goldens, dependencies, Action pins, permissions and budgets are unchanged. Each profile preserves six build inventories and both W08/W14 installed-runtime receipts, with clean offline installs, 48 installed module hashes, private witnesses and public refusals checked.

Efficiency evidence on the same local Linux/Python 3.12.14/pinned-tool environment:

• Full collection: original 3.673 seconds and 6 Git children; current 1.291 seconds and 0 Git children.
• Bounded historical controls: 10 nodes, 17.123 seconds, 257 Git children. Current mapped controls: 42 nodes, 45.793 seconds, 338 Git children, including additional real-history counterexamples.
• Default historical blob execution, inverse/old-method reconstruction, pre-anchor stage replay and 194/1650 identity floors are zero. Current anchor-forward history checks remain.
• These are single-sample observations with different control workloads and uncontrolled cache/load variation. They do not establish a general speedup or causal whole-CI performance percentage.

Evidence limits retained in the review:

• Uploaded artifacts contain build/member inventories and installation receipts; raw wheel/sdist bytes are not uploaded. W08 cleans its temporary archives, so its receipt is corroborated by corresponding member hashes rather than a second scan of those exact archive bytes. Whole-archive byte reproducibility is not asserted.
• Original event payloads are not uploaded. Their recorded SHA256 values differ between runner groups, and the cause cannot be determined from these records. Same head/base/run/attempt/event semantics and each job's internally consistent stage bindings were independently verified against GitHub metadata and logs.
• Historical W01-W07 raw ZIPs and three old W08 profiles remain missing. Earlier failures and incomplete attempts remain documented as such. Original hero resource interruptions remain distinct from completed finite cases.

The raw records and review scripts are delivered as Source-Integrity-Toolkit-VC-06-Review-Evidence.zip. The unchanged original Phase 3 evidence ZIP retains SHA256 81d7e9b02f71405ff0f3c13a7dd2fc198d9ae1e05762a94390582f49c6a63267.

Plan section 9 gates 1-11 have been verified within the disclosed evidence scope. Gate 12 was satisfied on 2026-10-11 (America/Los_Angeles): the project owner replied “批准” in the task conversation to the explicit question whether to accept this VC consolidation, after receiving the four-profile results, PR review record and evidence package. Acceptance applies to candidate ce05c5dda9368182dbee074253d3a7c829af7719 and the disclosed evidence limits. VC-01 through VC-06 are now accepted.

This records owner acceptance from the task conversation; it does not create a GitHub review submission. At the time of acceptance, the PR was draft and unmerged. The later explicit merge authorization and completed merge are recorded below. Release and starting a new implementation phase still require their own authorization. No source, test, workflow, candidate commit or raw evidence was changed to record acceptance, so the directly tested head and its run remain unchanged.

The delivered Source-Integrity-Toolkit-VC-06-Review-Evidence.zip remains the original pre-acceptance review snapshot, SHA256 6c87183e0556326a3fafb8477993b28fa4c1065c756b8e5c8740a27363cea9b2. Its pending-owner wording is superseded by this later acceptance event; the package and original execution records have not been rewritten. The separate frozen P1-W02 workflow was expectedly skipped by its original PR #3 gate; all four canonical profiles were verified.

Merge completion, 2026-10-11: the project owner explicitly requested “合并 PR #35” in the task conversation. After rechecking the accepted candidate, owner acceptance and four successful canonical checks, this PR was marked ready and merged using a normal merge commit, preserving all five VC checkpoints. GitHub confirms merge commit fdad8c3449d2d223420c5d52bb9b4c1e863a9e3c on main, with parents 2413a29b839b7e1de8f76a449762f031de19d52b and ce05c5dda9368182dbee074253d3a7c829af7719. Its tree is exactly the accepted f6fbb8965520f33a09ca38cf413e11ca561110dd. The merge occurred at 2026-10-11T18:29:29Z. The automatic main-push verification is run 38164028893; its live outcome is separate from the accepted candidate run above. No release or next implementation phase was started by this merge.
