Purpose

Researchers need explicitly declared closed and constant-source reopened experiments with inspectable assumptions, sampled paths and protected reports.

Changes

Completes the approved Phase 6B model, experiment coordinator, schema 1.3 reports, explicit CLI/config activation and installed synthetic example. Preserves distinct simulation evidence, closed analytic expectations, realized transition events and independent audit scope. Advances the development package to 0.1.0.dev6.

Verification

Phase 6B Steps 1 through 8 are complete. Candidate 1e1fcd1466db92c3a39591cf5740331a79f910eb passed workflow 36784026671:

• Eight Ubuntu/Windows, Python 3.11/3.12, minimum/current dependency profiles: 4,044 tests each, with actual PyArrow absence asserted.
• Real PyArrow profile: 4,054 tests; Hero/math: 311; security: 2,027.
• All 21 performance cases, including actual 100k datasets and bounded simulation profiles. Complete longitudinal 100k reports took 979.56 seconds; the 33,280-cell simulation report took 7.45 seconds on the recorded reference runner.
• Wheel installation, sdist execution/rebuild, packaged examples, source inventory and archive validation passed. Hosted repeated wheel bytes match; repeated sdist file payloads match, while compressed archive bytes differ.

Downloaded artifacts were verified against GitHub sizes/digests and ZIP CRCs. Independent reviews checked exact test identities, performance observations and delivery inventories. The completion record retains every measured attempt, workload and environment limits, artifact hashes and the corrected local missing-test-dependency setup attempt.

PHASE_6B_COMPLETION.md records the full acceptance evidence. Administrative successor 64bc1ce627e79f6960a5a17b0ac401246155549c updates five documentation files only; its three static gates pass. Executable/source-resource bytes are unchanged, and candidate evidence is reused under the existing documentation policy. Artifact hashes identify the tested candidate, including its README package description.

Approved UD-017 applies; UD-031 empirical intervention ingestion remains deferred. No unresolved conflict remains. This PR stays draft against the accepted, unmerged Phase 6A branch. Main merge, tagging and publication remain separate actions.
