The knuckles seem minor enough that they could be a good canditie for black market or just normal stores instead. Otherwise fine.

They are already in the black market, the spiked ones just aren't. |

Why It's Good For The Game
The knuckles were intended to be added based on feedback; apparently the spiked knuckles are decent but not that strong so I think it's fair to add them as a bit of a more expensive version of brass knuckles.
Mac 10 really needs its magazines orderable if the gun is orderable/buyable from black-market vendor.
The sheets of material was a request in Apoc. I think this is mainly an oversight given TG kind of expects mining to do this job, but we don't have mining, so.. just let people order the sheets to make stuff instead of have to break tons of map stuff down.
