A cloud and cell phone based system that connects available vaccines with target populations. The system allows cell phone users to request and receive messages about available vaccines via the Short Message Service (SMS) and to an Android Smartphone widget. The system allows the input of vaccine schedule information from vaccination centres through email, SMS, web forms and microblogging service Twitter. The system resides on the Google App Engine cloud platform and can be accessed on http://vaccineconnector.appspot.com.
