- This PR adds a highlight indicator for the Focus unit, based on the existing highlight implementations (selection, hover, and aggro).
- I have left the highlight disabled by default, so that it doesn't confuse existing users.
- I added the focus highlight to party member 3 when test mode is enabled.
- Added an event for focus change
