- Add ARM64 platform support to premake5.lua with NEON vector extensions
- Update arch_helper.bat to detect ARM64 architecture automatically
- Modify build_helper.bat to handle ARM64 Visual Studio environment setup
- Update default_build_options.bat to conditionally set ARM64 compiler flags
- Add ARM64 support to static_lib build script
- Integrate Windows ARM64 builds in GitHub Actions using windows-11-arm runners
- Update all workflows (master-build, pr-build, create-release) for ARM64 support
- Ensure consistent naming: win_arm64 artifacts and win-arm64 job names
- Support both x64 and ARM64 builds in parallel with appropriate optimizations
