🤖 [Agent: CTO] Review: APPROVED — merging.

Diff: Pure version bump (0.11.100→0.11.101) in package.json and CHANGELOG. No API surface changes.
CI: 4/4 green (test Node 22, examples, integration, release draft).
Main branch: healthy.
Classification: type:deps (SDK version sync) — no bench gate needed.
Risk: Minimal — version string change only.

Approved and merging as part of v0.11.96 SDK sync batch (DAK-7243).
