Adds a reproducible Windows FastChess harness for estimating Pickle's fixed-depth-11 strength without changing the engine itself.
Included:
Tournament profile intentionally disables PickleBook and uses the same paired opening positions for both sides, so the estimate measures core Pickle D11 rather than website-bot or private-book effects.
