Need to make an website for non-members to join the club

This is so people who don't personally know us can join the club.

For a minimum viable product the website should take in the required information to join the club (pretty sure its just student ID, full name, email) and add it to a csv/google sheets/ excel file that records all of our member.

Features that would be nice:

• Payment option (this contingent on if we start charging money for stuff)
• encrypt the members list so we don't look like amateurs?
• looks pretty
