Closes #496

adapters._fail_open_verdict (the adapter fallback when translating, normalizing, checking or rendering an event raises, #420) now derives the command through guard.shell_command_text, fed tool_input, then agy's toolCall.args, then the flat event. A send_command_input Input that hits that error path now meets the hard rules, like CommandLine. One extraction point shared with the normal path; it still never raises.

When translating, normalizing, checking or rendering an event raised,
adapters._fail_open_verdict read the command from its own key list
(tool_input command/cmd, agy toolCall.args.CommandLine, flat command)
and never Input, so a hard-rule command typed into a running shell
through Antigravity's send_command_input was allowed on that error path.

The fallback now derives the command through guard.shell_command_text,
fed tool_input, then agy's toolCall.args, then the flat event: one
extraction point shared with the normal path. It still never raises.

Tests force the translation error path (a non-object transcript line)
with a send_command_input Input carrying a hard-rule command (denied,
\n and \r\n), a harmless "y\n" (allowed) and the existing CommandLine
fallback (still denied), plus odd raw event shapes (never raises).

Also: BACKLOG moves #436 (README header) out of Open into Shipped
v10.3.6 with #496; CHANGELOG covers both. Bumps to 10.3.6.

📝 Summary

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Bug Fixes
    • Improved command handling when translating certain tool events fails, so safety checks can still block commands that match hard rules. Unusual or malformed events continue to fall back without causing an error.
  • Documentation
    • Updated README branding and links, removed outdated badges, and added uv tool install omind alongside the existing Git installation instructions.
  • Release
    • Updated the project version to 10.3.6.

The adapter’s fail-open fallback now uses the shared command extractor for nested and flat event shapes. Tests cover deny and allow decisions, logging, outcome classification, and malformed events. The project version and release records change to 10.3.6.

Align fallback command precedence before merging so an adapter error cannot allow an action the normal path would deny. Correct the 10.3.6 README release note as well.

Explanation

Issue #496 requires fail-open command extraction through guard.shell_command_text from tool_input, Antigravity toolCall.args, and the flat event. The summary confirms this implementation in adapters._fail_open_verdict. The summary also confirms regression tests for denied Input hard-rule commands, allowed y\n, retained CommandLine denial, malformed events, and non-raising behavior.

Review follow-up (CodeRabbit). The fallback checked sources in order
and let tool_input.Input win before a top-level command or agy
CommandLine was read, so a harmless keystroke could mask a hard-rule
command. A first pass now hides Input across every source; Input is
read only when no source carries a real command key, matching
_derive_command's precedence. CHANGELOG notes #436 landed in #495
after the v10.3.5 tag, so it first ships in 10.3.6.
