Cached FC chest inventory does not update #375

Describe the bug
Cached FC inventory does not update at all.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to a Company chest
- Put a item that was not inside the company chest into it
- the item disappears from the player tab and doesn't get added to the free company tab
Expected behavior
Item that gets removed from the player's inventory gets added to the free company chest's inventory

Dalamud Information:
Testing is enabled, not for Allagan Tools and all other plugins are removed to test this behavior.
Additional context
After the latest emergency update the cached FC chest no longer updates in allagan tools, taking out items or putting them in does not update the cached Fc chest inventory
I am testing this with the company chest in the FC workshop

update: it seems this problem extends to retainer inventories aswell.
I have asked one of my friends that did not use allagan tools to install it and try out the above steps.
The items did not show up in the retainers tab either, the retainer tab is empty.

I have the same problem; retainer item values are the last cached ones and transfering item amounts do not register with AllaganTools.
When splitting a stackable item and putting half of it into my SaddleBags, the numbers register correctly.
To be sure, I've disabled all my addons and only had AllaganTools running, the log shows the following warning:
19:32:02.760 | WRN | Failed to find Text signature "_containerInfoNetworkHook" for CriticalCommonLib.Services.InventoryScanner (48 89 74 24 ?? 57 48 81 EC ?? ?? ?? ?? 44 0F B7 42 ??)/edit: In the meantime, more and more of my ingame friends have reported the same problem - seems to be a non-localized problem
