Issue
Mod fails to load when paired with Enchantment Descriptions with the combination of mods listed in the logs provided. It has an issue with another one of the mods in the list, but I was unable to pinpoint it. When Enchantment Descriptions is disabled it loads complete fine, and vice versa for your mod. My initial suspect is some kind of mixin collision or some incompatibility with how tooltips are handled between the two (ponder?). This also seems to have something to do with initializing configs, and doesn't happen past the first load these set of mods. I was not even able to reproduce this myself, so likely this is a very rare issue that few would even have.
