The original content mostly came from the WG's repo README. Revised it to make sense in the context of this being on the CoreCollective website. Borrow some language from the other CC WG sub-pages around joining. Point out that you must be subscribed in the CC hub to be able to send emails to the list. Remove mention of the Google Group mailing list.
Clarify which is read-only vs. requirement to send to list
To give an idea of what the subpage looks like with >1 news story, adding another. Addressing Don's feedback that the titles are not obviously titles -> making them title case. Fixed placeholder date for FFmpeg news item.
