Update WG page to remove extra links - #84

Now that we have the sub-pages, it's better to have all the resources listed on the subpages. Otherwise if some WGs have it at the top level WG page & others don't, it becomes confusing to a visitor.

The SOAFEE WG link does not work in overview page. |
Use a different tag to ensure the title of the WG links to the SOAFEE website
So that the title will link out to the SOAFEE site
