The org-wide required Security Scan already runs osv-scanner, dependency-review, trivy-fs, and scorecard on every PR. Remove this repo's PR-triggered duplicates (delete PR-only ones; keep push/schedule for default-branch coverage). No gate lost: central Security Scan is the PR gate; codeql/scorecard-analysis keep default-branch coverage. Security Scan이 PR마다 osv·dependency-review·trivy·scorecard를 돕니다. 리포 자체 PR 사본을 제거(PR 전용은 삭제, push/schedule은 유지). 게이트 손실 없음(중앙이 PR 게이트, codeql/scorecard-analysis가 기본브랜치).
