💡 What:
비활성화된 기본 <button> 요소를 감싸는 툴팁용 span에서 중첩된 상호작용 요소 문제를 유발하는 role="button"과 aria-disabled="true" 속성을 제거하고 .sr-only 텍스트를 추가했습니다. 관련 테스트 코드 및 저널(.jules/palette.md)을 함께 업데이트했습니다.

🎯 Why:
W3C ARIA 스펙상 상호작용 가능한 요소 내부에 다른 상호작용 가능한 요소를 포함할 수 없습니다. 네이티브 버튼을 감싸는 래퍼에 role="button"이 선언되어 있으면 스크린 리더 환경에서 툴팁을 읽어줄 때 불필요한 오류(버튼 안의 버튼)로 인식될 수 있기 때문에 이 중첩을 해소하여 올바른 시맨틱 마크업을 제공해야 합니다.
