🔍 Existing quality tests expect deleted CI jobs
With foundation replacing local jobs, existing queue and coverage tests still require their deleted steps. The queue test fails locally; the full quality suite needs updated supplier-aware assertions.

Final source successor c478f31 closes the CodeRabbit actual-job-inventory finding. Both allowlisted supplier blobs and exact callers authenticate to central9dab3c2 Git object chain and SHA256; five IDs now come from actual supplier job mappings. Missing/altered jobs fail the new oracle (all10 negatives); predecessor constant-only oracle falsely admitted them. Parent independently reviewed incremental resolver/fixture/test changes and reran entire current-head quality182/182 plus100%statements/branches(1397/680),actionlint and committeddiffcheck PASS. Prior full-union scoped sourceACCEPT retained on unchanged paths. Existing runtime canaries, runner isolation/tool/service readiness and formal App approval remain incomplete despite repository admission now verified. User infrastructure bypass publishes centralization source, not passed remote/release evidence. |
