Referrer 정보 유출: Referrer-Policy가 명시적으로 설정되지 않아, 사용자가 외부 링크를 클릭할 때 사이트의 URL(민감한 쿼리 파라미터가 포함될 가능성)이 외부 사이트의 Referer 헤더로 유출될 수 있습니다.
Reverse Tabnabbing 공격 위험: 외부 링크들이 새 탭으로 열리거나 명시적인 noopener 방어가 없을 때, 악의적인 외부 사이트에서 window.opener 객체를 통해 기존 탭의 페이지를 피싱 사이트로 리다이렉트 시킬 수 있는 잠재적 위험이 존재합니다.

index.html 내의 모든 http 및 https 기반 외부 링크 14곳에 target="_blank"와 rel="noopener noreferrer"를 추가하여 새 탭으로 안전하게 열리게 하고, window.opener 접근을 원천 차단했습니다.

✅ Verification (검증 방법)

수동/자동 파이썬 스크립트를 통해 index.html 내의 외부 링크 14개가 빠짐없이 수정되었는지 검증했습니다.
Content-Security-Policy 바로 아래에 Referrer-Policy 메타 태그가 올바르게 추가되었는지 확인했습니다. (100% Test Coverage 확보 및 통과)
