The public repository had no code reuse grant or canonical citation. This adds the rights holder's approved AGPL-3.0-only terms for original source code and code-specific configuration, an explicit rights map for research and third-party material, and citation metadata for Timothy Wayne Gregg (CompleteTech LLC). The frozen 161-file archive and its earlier licensing statement remain byte-identical; RIGHTS.md explains the current code grant alongside that historical statement.
The root LICENSE is byte-identical to the official GNU AGPL v3 text at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.txt (SHA-256 0D96A4FF68AD6D4B6F1F30F713B18D5184912BA8DD389F86AA7710DB079ABCB0). RIGHTS.md does not relicense manuscripts, figures, saved response journals, or upstream data. It preserves the SciFact, DBLP–ACM, and Ditto notices and does not assert ownership by the named affiliation.
Validation:
