MAINT: test on Python 3.14; raise the cached_interpolate and wcosmo floors - #152

…loors - CI and the classifiers include Python 3.14. The full suite passes on 3.14.8 (460 passed, 2 skipped), with every dependency installed from wheels. - cached_interpolate>=0.4.0: 0.3.2 passes a_min/a_max to jnp.clip, which jax 0.12 removed, so every smoothed and spline model raised TypeError. - wcosmo>=0.6.0: earlier versions give distances and volumes in single precision with errors of order 100%. 0.6.0 requires Python 3.11, as gwpopulation now does.
