feat(home): the honest result, sharpened — the taker fee is the entire result - #29

…e result Incorporates the cross-verified findings of Dr. Issam Elhattab's stochastic modelling note (engine repo: docs/research/2026-08-20-quant-lab-note-cross-verification.md, every derivation re-checked against keel's real numbers): inside the venue's fee-free monthly allowance the reconstructed rules sit indistinguishably at break-even (14.9% win rate vs 14.88% break-even at the measured hourly stop); one step outside, break-even jumps to 29% and the same rules are decisively negative. The allowance rail is reframed — not a budget cap, the profitability boundary. EN/AR/FR revised together; revisions bumped (FR-8).

Revises the front-page honest box per the operator's request, based on Dr. Issam Elhattab's cross-verified modelling note (every formula re-derived against keel's real numbers — engine repo, docs/research/2026-08-20-quant-lab-note-cross-verification.md).
The statement moves from 'no rule family is net-positive at the taker fee' to the sharper finding it now supports: break-even inside the venue's fee-free allowance, decisively negative outside it — the taker fee is the entire result, and the allowance rail is the profitability boundary. Numbers carried: 14.9% reconstructed win rate vs 14.88% break-even inside; 29% break-even outside, at the measured 2.40% hourly stop and target_rr 6.
EN/AR/FR revised together, revisions bumped (FR-8). Same Sonar duplication condition as #26 may appear on this PR — the dashboard exclusion (src/i18n/** under Analysis Scope → Duplication Exclusions) resolves both.
