Update salutations

This aligns the English salutations with the ones in the fork after iliaal/nameparser#3 is merged to the fork

Note that we seem to have gone from no maintained fork to at least 2 but

1. this fork does not appear to have been registered with packagist
2. the iliaal fork IS registered but sadly did not retain the git history when it forked

At the moment I'm undecided as to which to use
