Moves graphify from a Settings toggle to Tools → External Tools (per request). Same behavior — selecting it auto-installs the
/graphifyskill into compatible agents; deselecting removes it — but it now lives where the other installable tools (Bun, GitHub CLI) do.Changes
Settings.Graphifytoggle: config field + default, the Settings-step wizard checkbox, the--build-arg INSTALL_GRAPHIFYbase-image gate + Dockerfile block, and theEXITBOX_GRAPHIFYrun env.GraphifytoAllExternalTools(Packages: [py3-pip],InstallStep: pip install graphifyy). It now installs in the tools image layer (not the published base image), andToolsHashalready includesExternalTools, so selecting/deselecting auto-rebuilds just that layer.setup_graphifynow keys oncommand -v graphify(CLI present = tool selected) instead of an env flag: present →graphify install --platform <agent>; absent → remove the skill dir. Simpler and matches the External-Tool build-time model.Compatible agents unchanged: claude, codex, opencode, copilot, pi (qwen/kimi/cursor excluded as before).
Tests
setup_graphifyentrypoint test updated to the CLI-presence gating (install when present, remove when absent, skip incompatible agent).go build,go test ./...,go vet,golangci-lintgreen; entrypoint suite 112 pass / 2 pre-existing failures (unrelated codex env leak).
