Summary

• refine channel, transcript, composer, empty-state, and theme styling for a calmer and more legible conversation experience
• add a persistent activity bar plus explicit running, completed, failed, and refused tool-state presentation
• surface previously hidden computer read/observe/snapshot steps and restore preview-safe channel rendering without a CopilotKit runtime

Validation

• bun run format:check — passed
• bun run lint — passed with 24 existing warnings in unrelated server/test files
• bun run typecheck — passed
• bun run build — passed
• frontend tests — 104 passed, 0 failed
• bun run test — 785 passed, 5 skipped, and 79 database integration tests were blocked by the local PostgreSQL instance missing the openbot role; an isolated rerun was unavailable because the local Docker daemon and Compose plugin are unavailable
