Automatically build the translations Vercel project when a pull request changes shared deployment configuration. Changes to
vercel.jsonormicrofrontends.jsonaffect both applications and should not depend on authors remembering to adddocs-translations-all; ordinary documentation previews remain English-only unless labeled.Changelog category (leave one):
