Fix UAT-01 UDF list decoding and operation response drift detection #1109

UAT-01: cloud udf list, cloud udf version list, and cloud udf attachment list decode successful responses using obsolete nested list models. Current API responses and the checked-in OpenAPI document agree on array results with outer pagination metadata.

The analyzer currently reports zero findings against that snapshot: generic response arguments are discarded and envelope inspection checks field presence without checking instantiated payload shapes. Removed component warnings disappear after refreshing the snapshot.

Scope:

• Repair the API return contracts and all three endpoint fixtures, including pagination, nullable metadata, and deployment-wait version fallback.
• Preserve generic payloads and check operation response shapes independently of the snapshot; report response-contract snapshot changes and unsupported analysis explicitly.
• Add live UDF lifecycle coverage and select it for UDF changes.
• Make a deliberate CLI output contract choice in a separate API-first stacked PR, with documentation and tests.

Base: top of PR #1105, verified at dc45f64. Excludes other UAT findings and unrelated live OpenAPI drift.
