The repo was repositioned to Agent Native Format. Retitle the paper to lead with the ANF project and keep ACP as the named execution-contract layer it describes (the paper is about execution contracts, not the ANF view format). Also drop the leftover author email in the .tex to match acp.md (#21). PDF is gitignored; CI builds it and the release ships the rebuilt PDF.
