feat(i18n): 100% translation coverage across all 12 supported locales - #341

… locales - Translated all 8,458 missing strings across 12 supported language resources (values-ar, values-de, values-es, values-fr, values-hi, values-in, values-ja, values-ko, values-pt-rBR, values-ru, values-tr, values-zh-rCN). - Maintained exact match with canonical strings.xml (1,012 strings + 1 plurals = 1,013 items per locale). - Preserved Android AAPT formatting, format specifiers (%1\, %1\, etc.), apostrophe escaping (\'), and protected branded terms.
