Regenerate package-lock.json with Node 24 and npm 11. Add the missing yaml 2.9.0 entry required by lint-staged. Preserve compatibility with Node 22 and npm 10 used by CI. Restore reproducible npm ci execution in Linux and Alpine. Refs: PAV-128
