Ported from Python to PowerShell
EncryptECB requires .NET 6+
Add encode6.ps1 with older .NET compatibility.
Add encode6_git_bash.ps1 for .NET MD5 issue. FIPS compliance settings in Windows might block MD5 within .NET. This version uses Git Bash with OpenSSL for MD5 hashing.
