Aligns SECURITY.md and CONTRIBUTING.md with the deprecation in #23.
ChromaDotNet.VectorData. Now: 0.4.4 is the last release and no version gets fixes. Users move to CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma. The reporting form of this repository takes reports about this package, and also about CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma, which we pass privately to the maintainers of the AI Community Toolkit. A vulnerability inChromaDotNet.Clientgoes to its security policy.Only these two files change.
