CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma 1.0.0-preview in place of ChromaDotNet.VectorData 0.4.3.

• The samples and the tests reference CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma 1.0.0-preview from nuget.org.

• The namespace changes. The types and their API stay the same:

  -using ChromaDB.VectorData;
  +using CommunityToolkit.VectorData.Chroma;

• The READMEs link to the new package. The main README says that it is the Chroma provider of the AI Community Toolkit.

Tested:

• dotnet test test/ChromaDB.SemanticKernel.Sample.Tests: 10/10.
• With Ollama, and Chroma 1.5.9 started by the fixtures:
  • ChatCompletion_Rag_Chroma_Ollama (2 tests) and Step5_Search_With_Chroma_Ollama (3 tests): passed.
  • VectorStore_VectorSearch_Paging_Chroma: the pages go through the 1,000 records in order.
• VectorStore_HybridSearch_Simple_Chroma on Chroma Cloud: passed with the package from the GitHub release mevd/Chroma/v1.0.0-preview. Its DLLs are the same as in the package on nuget.org.

Not tested: the samples that use Azure OpenAI (VectorStore_VectorSearch_MultiStore_Chroma, VectorStore_DynamicDataModel_Interop_Chroma, ChatCompletion_Rag_Chroma, Step5_Search_With_Chroma).
