This updates the Android Gradle plugin to the latest stable version
3.6.1(the current version of Android Studio). Updated the Gradle Wrapper to5.6.4.I also removed a bunch of leftover
.project,.classpathfiles from old Eclipse/Ant days. Since this project has already been migrated to Gradle, they are no longer used and necessary.
