claude.yml：在 issue / PR 留言@claude就會觸發（只限 owner / collaborator，避免公開 repo 被陌生人消耗額度）claude-code-review.yml：PR 開啟或更新時自動審查（略過草稿 PR 與 fork 來的 PR），用繁體中文留言需要 repo secret
