Adds a short callout under the README header pointing to Capgo skills, agent setup guides and the hosted MCP.

This helps AI assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini CLI) and developers who build with them discover how to install and wire up this plugin correctly. The banner alt text is also updated to the new positioning. No code changes.
