⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• IR 0.9 replaces IR 0.8. Upgrade the compiler/CLI and dispatcher readers together to
  0.17.0, with @warble/ir-spec 0.9.0 for npm consumers. Readers match the IR version exactly;
  regenerate stored IR and derived native files, bundles and manifests from their source profiles.
  Do not reuse 0.8 artifacts with 0.9 readers or merely change their version field. Hosts that
  validate IR themselves must update their version checks and handle nullable context bindings.
• Profile validation is stricter. Unknown fields in component mounts and profile context
  declarations now fail compilation. Remove stray fields. Non-null mount config values that
  were previously ignored are also rejected: remove them to preserve the previous behavior, or
  express intended overrides through supported mount fields and declared parameter bindings.
