Created common, lexer and parser packages. Moved classes (except Main) into packages, adjusted lexer spec for this.

Interface for token types for use across various classes
Don't think we can have a token of type 0, so set _BOOLEAN type to 49 (see comment)
Switched Lexer to implement token constants
