… custom monitors This seems to be the new way of doing things, and matches what's in the Datadog UI. This commit just changes the options for custom monitors, another PR will be needed to switch the monitors in the module over. https://docs.datadoghq.com/monitors/guide/on_missing_data/
Any other teams that have custom monitors will need to change their configuration as well.

This commit just changes the options for custom monitors, another PR will be needed to switch the monitors in the module over. There might be some more consideration for that one, so that's why I separated the PRs.
