More detailed reporting of causal test adequacy for SHaRR collaboration

I have added reporting of each individual causal effect estimation and test outcome for the bootstrapped samples. This allows confidence intervals to be calculated on how many tests pass for a given DAG, which the SHaRR people are very keen on.
