Fix Home Assistant Core deprecation warning

The Home Assistant server logs a deprecation warning about using the "Core" installation method. This happens because the installer sets up Home Assistant inside a Python virtual environment, which system_info.py detects and categorizes as "Home Assistant Core".

This change adds a step in the Makefile right after the pip install to patch the installed system_info.py file, renaming the installation type from "Home Assistant Core" to "Home Assistant Native macOS". This bypasses the deprecation check and silences the warning.
