IX-HapticSight v0.2.0

This release upgrades IX-HapticSight into a substantially more complete perception-to-contact safety authority for AI-controlled robotics.

Major additions

  • RGB-D perception pipeline
  • Deterministic reference segmentation models
  • Vision-derived GREEN / YELLOW / RED hazard maps
  • Two-model perception quorum and disagreement detection
  • Model-agnostic agent safety broker
  • Independent ALLOW / MODIFY / DENY physical-action authority
  • Dynamic force and velocity envelopes
  • Multimodal safety fusion across perception, force/torque, tactile, proximity, and thermal state
  • Runtime invariant monitoring
  • Deterministic recovery and safe-hold behavior
  • ROS2 bridge, tactile transport, and trajectory adapter
  • Contact-world simulation
  • WebXR observability
  • HIL harness with explicit hardware-evidence requirements
  • Tamper-evident execution evidence and hash chaining
  • Adversarial safety-authority benchmark
  • Cross-platform deterministic reference-model generation

Validation

Windows 11 / Python 3.13.2 release verification:

  • 183 / 183 tests passed
  • SAFETY_OK: True
  • perception pipeline: PASS
  • evidence-chain verification: PASS
  • safety-authority benchmark: 8 / 8 scenarios passed
  • reference models reproduce byte-for-byte
  • full release verifier: PASS
  • git diff --check: clean

Evidence boundary

This release does not claim measured physical robot execution or hardware-in-the-loop validation where physical hardware was not available. Hardware-dependent claims remain explicitly separated from software-verified capabilities.
