Summary

Updated documentation for multiple Slab blocks following the 0.3.0 merge. Changes include:

• Product Gallery: Reorganized settings tables (moved "Enable variant images" to General), restructured Color section with new Type/Scheme/inheritance options, consolidated Style/Layout sections, added "Enable zoom hover" setting
• Collections Grid: Enhanced Color section with Type/Scheme/inheritance controls for border styling
• Video: Updated Color settings with Type/Scheme/inheritance model, added visibility conditions for Minimum width and Horizontal alignment
• Product Card: Added 7 new nestable blocks (Sibling options, Rating, Pickup availability, Bundles, Buy button, Product options, Subscription), updated Color section with inheritance model, added Radius setting to Style
• Progress Bar: Completely restructured Color section with Type/Scheme/inheritance, split color options into custom pickers and base scheme selections, updated text color options

All changes align with the new color inheritance system and improved conditional visibility documentation.

Overview
Updates several Slab block docs to reflect the post-0.3.0 settings model, especially the new color inheritance pattern (Type/Scheme + Enable inheritance) and updated conditional visibility notes.

Also refreshes individual block settings: product-gallery reorganizes settings (moves variant images to General) and adds Enable zoom hover; product-card expands the nestable blocks list and adds Radius; video adds visibility conditions for width-related fields; collections-grid and cart/progress-bar restructure color/border settings (including custom pickers for progress bar colors).
