BI-2716 Exp preview observation variable count is wrong

Testing

Import new Experiment with Observation Variables (Ontology) and Time stamps.
Under Import Summary the Observation Variables should be the count of the Observation Variables ONLY (and not counting the Time Stamps.

Sorry, I did not mean to check-in the version of the code with the format corrections. Most of the changes are just indentations. This could make reviewing the code more complicated than it needs to be. The only Significant code change are the lines that start with <br>Observation Variables:
