docs/gtm/ held a full go-to-market playbook in a public repository.

Removed — written for the team, and useful to a competitor:

  • icp-and-personas.md — which segments to target first, and why
  • launch-kpis.md — internal launch-health metrics
  • value-hypotheses.md — untested positioning bets
  • pilot-proof-template.md — a sales-motion template

Kept — written for people outside the company, and doing a job in public:

  • edition-matrix.md — what belongs in the open protocol versus managed packaging. It says so itself: "positioning guidance, not a product price sheet." It complements COMMERCIAL_BOUNDARY.md, and adopters deserve a clear open/commercial line.
  • partner-integration-playbook.md — helps partners decide where TTP fits in their product. That only works if partners can read it.

Nothing links to the removed files.

docs/gtm/ held a full go-to-market playbook: which segments to target
first, internal launch-health metrics, untested positioning bets, and a
sales-motion template. Written for the team, readable by anyone, and
useful to a competitor.

Two files stay, because they were written for people outside the company
and only work if those people can read them: edition-matrix.md draws the
open-versus-managed line and says of itself that it is positioning
guidance rather than a price sheet, and partner-integration-playbook.md
helps partners place TTP in their own products.

Nothing links to the removed files.
