Internal strategy language that had leaked into a source comment. The loop it described is the protected execution loop — naming it after a positioning ambition told a reader nothing about what the code does.

Also retitles issue #48, which carried the phrase publicly.

A source comment named the protected execution loop after an internal
positioning phrase rather than after what the code does. Renamed to the
protected execution loop.
