Align the naming note with the required public messaging - #63

The repository carried three product names at once. docs/ttp-vs-rap-vs-scim-re.md
said the primary commercial product is Execution Exchange; issue #47
("Required public messaging") says the product is BlockSiFr Control in the
Execution Control Infrastructure category, launching January 6 2027 with
early access open now. Neither BlockSiFr Control, Execution Control
Infrastructure nor Consequence Intelligence appeared anywhere in the repo.
#47 is the most recent and most explicit statement of intent, so the note
now follows it, and places TTP where that issue places it: the open
protocol-level trust mechanic beneath the commercial product.
Execution Exchange is kept as the enforcement component name rather than
retired — docs/architecture.md uses it that way and docs/TRADEMARKS.md
lists it as a live trademark, so calling it legacy would have replaced one
contradiction with another. Only FrontDesk is marked legacy.
