Some more for the wish list #85

Hi Patrick,
again some wishes (at least I couldn't find them it they are already implemented)

• hot / dead pixel filter, in photos taken in the dark they are visible, and it's painful to correct them manually
• possibility to copy fpxmp from one image to another: sometimes you shoot a series of images, where it would be easier to copy/paste a fpxmp and make small changes instead of doing nearly all steps again
• possibility to use camera specific dcp (eg. from Adobe): working on a linear dcp can make things easier when the image is difficult, or you can generate a different look with specific dcps

As always: implement what you think is useful - it's your work!
